You can delete all the posts by: 1. Log into  Blogger.com  & select the blog 2. On the left, click  Posts->All 3. Tick check mark in the box under  New Post 4. Click Trash Can icon 5. Repeat step 3&4 until no more post If you want to reset the theme as well, please follow the instructions below: 1. On the left, click  Theme 2. Click  Edit HTML 3. Click at View detail under Pie chart.     2.1 To reclaim space in Gmail , go to https://www.gmail.com , delete some emails and remove from trash.     2.2 To reclaim space in Drive , go to https://drive.google.com , delete some files and remove from trash.     2.3 To reclaim space in  Photos , go to https://photos.google.com , delete some photos and remove from trash. 3. In order to close your Blogger account, you need to delete your Google account.  However, all other accounts that associate to your Google account (such as Gmail, Youtube, etc.) will be deleted too.
